Do you care about CASA’s mission but aren’t sure you can serve as a court-appointed advocate? Friends of CASA may be the perfect way to get involved.

Friends of CASA is a group of community members who support CASA for the Highland Lakes Area through outreach, fundraising, office support, events, special projects, and community connection.

There are no fees or dues to join, and you can share your time, talents, and energy at a pace that works for you.

What Is Friends of CASA?

Friends of CASA gives individuals, businesses, churches, civic groups, and community supporters a meaningful way to help children and families without taking on an advocate case.

Friends of CASA members help strengthen our mission by supporting the work of CASA staff and volunteers behind the scenes and in the community.

Whether you have a few hours to give, a special skill to share, or a desire to help with events and outreach, there is a place for you.

Ways Friends of CASA Can Help

Friends of CASA may assist with:

Community outreach
Fundraising events
Office support
Special projects
Awareness campaigns
Event preparation
Donation drives
Connecting CASA with local businesses, churches, and civic groups
Sharing CASA’s mission with the community

CASA advocates may also join Friends of CASA.

Who Can Join?

Friends of CASA is open to adults who want to support CASA’s mission in a flexible and meaningful way.

To join, you must be:

At least 18 years old
Interested in supporting CASA’s mission
Willing to help as your schedule allows

You do not have to complete advocate training to become a Friend of CASA.

Why It Matters

Every child deserves safety, stability, and the opportunity to thrive. When the community stands with CASA, we are better equipped to recruit, train, and support the volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
